Garden Centre Team Member - Seasonal
Temporary Position
British Garden Centres is a well-known large UK retailer known for its high-quality customer service, plants and restaurants. As a growing family business, we are driven to have the best quality customer service in our Garden Centres.
We are currently looking for some Temporary Garden Centre Team Members at our Chipperfield Garden Centre. As a team member you will play a fundamental role in ensuring customers leave our centres happy whilst taking pride in ensuring our centres are looking their best.
These roles will be for a minimum of 18 hours per week and there will be the chance to work plenty of overtime, so ideally you will be able to be flexible.
Requirements of the Role: Strong communication skills
Be dedicated to high standards of customer serviceGood with technology – ideally previous experience using a till
Duties will include: Delivering exceptional customer service
Taking cash and card payments on the tillsStocking up the centre and ensuring stock is displayed correctly
Ensuring plants are cared for to a high standard
