  • To participate in the respiratory on-call service following completion of a comprehensive training and supervision package.

Our vision is to be a first-class provider of sustainable healthcare services, delivering the best possible care for our patients and being a great place to work for our people. Our Proud to CARE philosophy supports this vision and we all play a part in achieving it, by living up to the values we promise to our patients and each other.

Robert Dobbs, Head of Physiotherapy says the following about working in the department:

Please note that successful external candidates will be required to pay for their own DBS disclosure. The cost will be deducted from the first salary payment. Further details of the disclosure and barring service check will be confirmed upon offer of employment.

'I am really proud to lead such a fantastic team. I started as a rotational Physiotherapist at Chesterfield over twenty years ago and I am delighted to still be here! The department is friendly, fair, flexible and is fantastic at supporting and developing staff.

I genuinely believe there is no work family quite like ours! Working in the NHS is never going to be without its challenges; however, working with such a wonderful group of people makes it a pleasure.'
