Tremenheere Kitchen Penzance
Tremenheere Kitchen is a relaxed restaurant with views over Mounts Bay, nestled within a popular sculpture garden. Constantly evolving menus using the best local, seasonal produce have become our trademark, making us a vibrant and busy restaurant.
Having been featured in the Goodfood Guide for three consecutive years we pride ourselves on serving consistently delicious, innovative & seasonal dishes. We are mainly focused on breakfast & lunch time trade with events & pop up evenings throughout the year.
We are lucky to have our own herb garden, two large & airy kitchens, plenty of on site parking & beautiful surroundings with sea views & farms & fields next door. Just a couple of miles outside of Penzance, we are really easy to get to.
You will need to be able to run a busy kitchen. Preparing a variety of dishes from scratch including stocks, sauces, cured products, meat and seafood & vegan & gluten free dishes. Great personal organisation, the ability to lead a team, cleanliness and efficient stock management & costings are essential.
Pay: £31,000.00 per year

During the summer months we can serve up to 70 for breakfast & 150 for lunch. Our Sunday roasts have become legendary and can attract up to 200 covers on busy days. The ability to stay steady, focused & calm during busy periods is a must.
We are looking for a strong sous chef with a great work ethic, positive attitude, technical skills, creative flare & great leadership qualities.We are lucky to have our own herb garden, two large & airy kitchens, plenty of on site parking & beautiful surroundings with sea views & farms & fields next door.
