Cirrus IT Services in Nelson are recruiting for an Apprentice Digital Support Technician. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.
Job Details:- Dealing with inbound Incidents and Requests via our help desk
- Logging, Prioritising, and classifying tickets, acquiring as much information as possible
- First line Support & Investigation
- Escalating to an appropriate engineer where necessary
- Updating customers on their ticket progress
- Perform daily & weekly checks of backups and Remote Monitoring
- Keep help desk up to date and make sure that every ticket has time logged
- Confident dealing with customer problems
- Friendly and approachable
- Willingness to learn
- Punctual and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrates initiative
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00pm / 30 mins lunch / 37.5 hours per week
