Are you an organised, detail-orientated individual looking to make a real difference in patient care? Join our dynamic pharmacy team as a Band 3 Pharmacy Assistant in Homecare and play a vital role in ensuring patients receive essential medications at home efficiently and safely.
In this role, you will:- Process homecare requests against valid prescriptions
- Reconcile and receive orders from homecare suppliers
- Invoice match on our pharmacy IT system, ensuring accurate financial records
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, homecare companies and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident with IT systems and data management
- A great communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Committed to learning and development
