Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist is required to be part of an in house service you will work closely with Occupational Health and will also support other members of the multi disciplinary team in the delivery of an effective Occupational Health service.
Working as part of their friendly, small Occupational Health team you will play a valued role, including:
- Providing practical support for individuals to overcome barriers to work considering physical, psychological, social and environmental factors
- Work with individuals and their managers to obtain suitable equipment and encourage support mechanisms
- Help establish realistic goals
- Ensure that individuals have access to or are signposted to the support attendance at work
- Experience in writing case reports
- Experience in carrying ergonomic assessments
