Job Description
We're seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business within across my client's award-winning portfolio of risk management solutions. You'll lead consultative sales conversations, uncover client pain points, and offer tailored solutions that support regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and employee well-being.Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and close new business opportunities across the UK market.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, from mid-market to enterprise level.
- Collaborate with BDRs, marketing, and product teams to drive pipeline growth.
- Use a consultative, insight-led approach to align solutions with client challenges.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to add value in every conversation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Business Development Manager can be based anywhere in England. This is a national role where your remit will be sector specific.
The individual must demonstrate the following:-- Proven experience in B2B solution sales- driving new logo business
- Skilled in managing multiple sales cycles and influencing senior decision-makers in a short time frame
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a dynamic, performance-driven culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
