Why join us?:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Central Services team and lead the implementation of our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform that will transform our client engagement, marketing, and business development activities.

You will be responsible for managing the project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Legal, Data, and our partner agency.

You will also ensure that the project aligns with our strategic goals, operational requirements, and global standards, and that it delivers value to our internal and external clients. This role is a Fixed term contract (18 months) based in Manchester on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the project plan, milestones, and deliverables, and track progress and performance against them.
  • Manage the project budget and resources, and report on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration and alignment across teams and locations.
  • Ensure that the project adheres to the agreed governance, processes, and workflows, and that it complies with all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Provide training, support, and change management to ensure that the project is adopted and used effectively by the relevant teams and users.
  • Monitor and evaluate the project outcomes and benefits, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement and optimisation.
  • Work with the digital team to ensure email campaigns are consistently managed globally and work to create new ways of working and processes with our marketing teams that optimise the best use of CRM platforms.

What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Manager Role or Digital project management, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies for global brands with a strong background in content strategy and management, including experience working with SEO, SEM, email, marketing, social media, and web analytics tools.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Vuture, SEM Rush Google Analytics)
