The Property Services unit have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the team as a Senior Finance Manager.
This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive and innovative team as a Senior Finance Manager which include a sustainability manager and project manager. You will be directly responsible to the Head of Finance and Governance – Property and Services Unit and will perform a key strategic role, working with other members of the Property and Services Unit (PSU), to deliver efficient and effective financial management to the Scottish Courts & Tribunals Service (SCTS) and its stakeholders.
You will be responsible for providing robust financial analysis to support the month end process, budgeting and forecasting, ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives. You will be expected to use your own initiative to manage and prioritise workloads and be confident in suggesting change and continuous improvement and be able to engage effectively with a broad range of SCTS staff up to and including Directors.This would also involve you visiting our diverse and often historic estate, assisting with financial decision making.
