About the roleAs a Private Client Solicitor, your main duties may include:
Preparation of client willsInheritance tax mitigation
Lifetime trusts
Administration of estates and trusts
Preparing and registering Lasting Power of Attorney
Application to the Court of Protection
About YouThe successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years PQE, is well organised, has excellent client care, communication and time management skills and can work well as part of a team.
