A leading group of French & English bilingual Montessori Nursery Schools in North London are recruiting for an experienced Early Years Educator.

Excellent Salary Package - £25,985 to £28,794 (depending on qualification level) + Loads of Benefits

Location: Tufnell Park N7 and Crouch Hill N4

Hours - 38 hours / week for 47 Weeks / Year

Holidays 7 weeks paid holiday per year

You must have strong knowledge of the EYFS, good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. The Early Years Educator must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude towards working with children. This is a full time permanent role with 38 hours/week working with a variety of shifts between the hours of 8am-6pm.

Your role as an Early Years Practitioner includes-
  • Provide high quality care and activities for the children following Montessori Ethos and to recognize both individual and group requirements in a secure, safe and stimulating environment.
  • Ensure you are familiar with the key policies and procedures, especially safeguarding children, equal opportunities, behaviour management and health and safety.
  • Ensure child profiles for your Key children are up to date and relevant.
  • Ensure parent issues and concerns are dealt with promptly and accurately.
  • Individual Learning Plans for your Key children
  • Assist the Room Leader to ensure the smooth running of the room.
  • To promote at all times good relations between staff members, parents and children, and promote the quality ethos of the nursery.
Person Specification for the ideal Early Years Educator
  • Level 3 and above in Childcare & Early Years
  • The ability to deliver high-quality practice.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS, health & safety and safeguarding practices and Ofsted requirements .
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good ICT skills
