Opportunity for a Project Manager to build a £9m industrial warehouse in Basingstoke.

Initially you will join at earthworks stage and begin the steel frame in April, the project finishes in 32 weeks and we need someone ASAP.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the scope of their package.
• Attending and contributing in contractor pre start meetings.
• Attending and contributing in design team meetings.
• Chairing weekly sub-contractor progress meetings, taking and issuing meeting minutes.
• Attending safe starts.
• Approving RAMS.
• Attending DABS and contributing to the meeting, discussing coordination with other trades. If necessary taking the meeting, issuing the DABS report to all other team members.
• Enforcing H&S on site.
• Identifying potential problems, but offering buildability solutions.
• Someone who is tech savvy.
• Someone who can engage with the supply chain and other team members.

The contractor are a well respected contractor who work in all sectors, the industrial part of the business is really expanding and they're in need of Project Manager to lead this site.

We are paying between £320-380cis a day for the right candidate.
