Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role or sector (e.g., youth work, young offenders).
- Strong character and thick skin to handle challenging behaviour.
- Team Teach qualification is preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
