What You'll Be Doing:
- Maximising online sales & conversions - ensuring every customer has a seamless and exciting shopping experience
- Owning the digital trading calendar - planning and executing promotional activities
- Analysing website performance - spotting trends and making data-driven decisions
- Collaborating with digital marketing teams - driving CRM, email marketing, and loyalty programs
- Optimising customer experience - using heatmaps, customer insights, and A/B testing to enhance the journey
- Working with external agencies - including PPC, paid social, and website developers
- Managing stock levels & site updates - making sure the hottest products are always available
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for an ecommerce expert with a commercial mindset and creative edge to drive digital success. If you have proven experience in ecommerce trading, digital marketing, or CRM, expertise in Shopify, Magento, or similar CMS platforms, and a passion for beauty, fashion, and digital trends, this could be your perfect fit.You'll thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, bringing exceptional communication and organisational skills to the table.
