- Join us as early as 25th November or plan your fresh start in January 2025!Location: Based in our Peterlee HQ with hybrid working options after probation.
- Friday (most shifts end by 7pm), and between 8am and 6pm on weekends.Salary: £22,369.35
- £23,992.30 depending on experience, plus:Monthly Performance Bonus – Earn up to an additional £330 per month (up to £3,960 annually if you’re at the top of your game)Success Bonus – £500 tax-free bonus on passing probationAce Award Scheme – Additional rewards for outstanding feedbackBe a Customer Service Superstar!Every call, every customer interaction, every moment counts.
