Location: Schools across RCT Full-time: 8:30 am - 3:30 pmHourly Rate: £12.90

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge? We have multiple opportunities available, including positions in special needs bases, general classroom support, and 1-2-1 work. If you're passionate about education and supporting students of all abilities, we want to hear from you!
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to drive and be willing to travel to schools across the RCT area.
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a variety of settings.
- Ability to support students with diverse needs, including those in special needs bases, mainstream classrooms, and on a 1-2-1 basis.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students and teachers in different educational environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their learning in a variety of settings, adapting to their individual needs.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to implement effective learning strategies.
- Provide 1-2-1 support for students who require additional assistance.
- Maintain records of student progress and contribute to assessments and reports.
