Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Dover, Kent
Duration: 6-7 month FTC until May 2025
Salary: £29,825 FTE 35 hours
Days: Monday - Friday, hybrid working available
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Board meetings in the evening, 6-7pm latest held on MS Teams. The monthly Board meeting is held in London.
Please note: A DBS check will be required for this role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to our client, who has over 5 years of experience as a CEO.
  • Assist in completing deadlines and liaise with the trustee board.
  • Organise and set up board meeting agendas on a quarterly basis.
  • Utilise MS Teams for meetings and handle chat functions efficiently.
  • Manage the processing of receipts and expenses.
  • Ensure smooth logistics for our client's various engagements and events.
  • Take minutes during important meetings, including the main board meeting in December and the finance committee meeting in November.
  • Having a solid knowledge of governance practises would be helpful in this role.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is essential.
  • Strong minute-taking skills are a must.
  • The ideal candidate should be self-sufficient and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Adobe is required.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to think ahead and anticipate the needs of our client.
