Job Description
This exciting role demands a sharp focus on security charging. You'll spearhead the day-to-day management of the security charging strategy, ensuring the organisation's property portfolio is always protected. This includes dynamic updates to property stock lists and close collaboration with security trustees and legal advisors to establish and maintain robust security schedules
- Developing and executing financial strategies
- Analysing and presenting financial data
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Participating in cross-functional projects
- Monitoring and managing financial risk
- Working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial planning
- Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and systems
The Successful Applicant
A successful Treasury Analyst should have:
- Strong knowledge and experience in treasury operations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of collaborating and working as part of an effective team
- Experience of research, analysis and report writing
- Salary circa £45,000
