In this role, you will:

  • Manage large-scale construction projects for clients, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Adhere to and enforce project procedures to ensure smooth operation and compliance at all stages of the project.
  • Lead and attend key meetings to track progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate any potential impacts to stakeholders.
  • Review and assess proposed variations and delays, taking the necessary actions to mitigate risks.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have substantial project management experience, ideally in the life sciences or commercial fit-out sectors.
  • Hold a degree in project management, construction, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience.
  • Have a project management professional certification or are working towards one (we can offer support).
  • Are detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to excellence.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Excel in a collaborative, friendly, and supportive team environment.
  • Enjoy building strong relationships with clients and teams through openness, shared purpose, and a positive approach.
