Social worker / Mental Health nurse

As a Social Worker / Mental Health Nurse at Blueboard Care Services Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals struggling with mental health issues and emotional distress. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing emotional support and counseling to clients and their families
• Facilitating group therapy sessions and educational workshops
• Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and families to ensure holistic care
• Monitoring clients’ progress and adjusting care plans as necessary
• Advocating for clients' rights and access to services
