This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to work with pupils throughout the 3-11 age range. This position may include 1:1 support responsibility.
The Governors will be seeking the following skills/personal qualities:- Enthusiasm and self motivation
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good people skills with adults and children.
- The ability to work as part of a team and receive instruction under the direct supervision of the class teacher.
- Able to support strategies aimed to maximise pupil progress and well-being.
- Caring, flexible and approachable to pupils, staff and parents.
