ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
Support clients in their social and recreational activities to encourage engagement.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans.
Monitor clients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
Assist with mobility and ensure safety during activities.
Offer emotional support and encouragement to clients and their families.
Maintain accurate records of client care and progress as required by the organization.
RequirementsA relevant qualification in social care or related field is required.
Experience in a support or care role, preferably with vulnerable populations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and environments.
Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols in care settings.
A commitment to promoting independence and dignity for clients.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £13.47
