Job Description
As a Claims Handler you will be working in a Contact Centre environment dealing with customer enquires relating to their insurance policy's.
You will be taking details of claims investigating these to check for compliance and processing accordingly working closely with other members of the team.
The role will be very fast paced you will deal with a high volume of calls daily ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
The Successful Applicant
Automotive experience required for the role this could be from a range of backgrounds
Extremely customer focused and passionate about the customer experience
Able to work in a busy environment prioritising high volumes of work
A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation
A good team player
