Job Description
As Legal Counsel, you will sit in the Corporate Law and Regulatory Compliance Team and report to the Head of Contracts and Procurement and support on:
- Commercial contracts, MOUs
- Advising on intellectual property, property agreements, employment issues
- Managing in-house litigation, judicial reviews and disputes
- Assisting the Info Gov team in responding to FOIs
The Successful Applicant
The successful Legal Counsel should have:
- 3 years experience in relevant role
- experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
- experience advising on public sector procurement
- experience providing employment law advice, or managing litigation would be advantageous
Qualified and non-qualified applications are welcomed, so long as you have the requisite experience and desired skillset.
Public Sector and Government experience would suit.
