Key responsibilities for this Administration Coordination Assistant role
Act as the key link between HR HSQE compliance and operations teams Coordinate and track employee training medicals and Sentinel compliance Support the onboarding and offboarding process ensuring full compliance Maintain accurate records and databases across multiple systems Arrange meetings training sessions and medical assessments Prepare reports and updates for divisional leads and senior management Assist in streamlining and improving administrative processes
Experience required for this Administration Coordination Assistant role
Minimum 5 years experience in administration or coordination Background in Rail Construction or compliance-driven sectors Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) Strong organisation and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with databases document control and GDPR complianceDesirable In-depth knowledge of Network Rail Sentinel standards (compliance) Knowledge of HR and HSQE processes within construction engineering
