Temporary Accounting Analyst

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity! Our top law firm client is seeking Accounting Analyst to join them on an ongoing temporary basis - starting ASAP!

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the BD function and would be set on a rolling week-to-week basis.

Duties will include:

Chrome River expense and invoice approvalMonitoring and tracking purchase order allocations in Chrome RiverVendor uploadsInvoice entry and posting outside of Chrome RiverProvide cover for payments on Coutts and BACSPartner draw and distribution paymentsMonitor cashflow and convert funds when requiredMonthly bank reconciliationsAnd more!

Skills required:

Minimum of two years' legal accounts experienceKnowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules preferredExperience with Aderant and Chrome River preferredAdvanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft programsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail
