Social Worker

You will be:

Joining the Adult Community Mental Health Team; your role will be to:

• Holding a case load of Older Adults within the Community.
• Completing assessments, specifically Mental Capacity Act.
• Work with other professionals within the service to ensure proper care plans are in place.
• Build relationships with Adults and Families.

Essentials:

• A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed.
• The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within Adult Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within an Adult Mental Health Team.
• Registered to Social Work England.
• Right to work in the UK.
