They are currently seeking a Skilled Operator in the Beverages division. This is a very exciting time to join a growing company regarded as experts in their industry with opportunities to develop within your role.Salary will start at £23,491.00 for a 39 hour / 4-day week/
Operation runs 7am - 5.15pm

For the right candidate, option to discuss hours of 39 or 47.5hrs / week over 4 or 5 days.
Salary range subject to experience and hours
19/24 days holiday plus bank holidays subject to 4 day or 5 days working
Extra day’s holiday after 5 years’ service
Voluntary overtime based on needs of the business with holiday premium on additional hours worked.

The purpose of the role:
Work in our Team supporting the delivery of a range of high-quality alcohol-based beverages through a variety of tasks including the operation of manual / semi and automatic machinery in the bottling area and, if required, within the warehouse. The tasks include but are but not limited to: Operate and change-over different types of filling & labelling equipment safely and efficiently. (train others)
Work safely & considerately of the environment, following practices and supporting improvements to safe working systems in the department.Deliver high quality products through ensuring production and product labelling meet our Quality Management System Requirements. Input to development of & accurately complete line records & process checks
Follow all relevant procedures, report any non-conforming materials or product and equipment issues. Investigating & rectifying equipment-based issues.
Take ownership of the task that you are doing, assist with supporting agency workers in your area to achieve tasks set by team leaders and managers.
Support / Cover other team members as required to maximise output.

Working to quality standards and completion of quality documentationNumerate & Literate with good attention to detail.
5 GCSE’s / O’ levels of grade C/4 or above, with English and Maths, or equivalent experience / qualifications.
Flexibility and enthusiasm
Able to fault find on equipment.
A team player with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
