Our client, an interior fitout contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and add to their wealth of experience on a permanent or fixed-term contract basis. They are currently the main contractor on a 60-room hotel refurbishment in Hampstead on a 7-month program with a value of £2.2 million. With £7 million turnover annually, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business who are keen on offering progression from within.
A successful candidate will have proven experience as a site manager working in residential/commercial fitouts.
Site Manager Salary & Benefits- £50k - £55k DOE

- Project: 60-room hotel Refurbishment scheme in Hampstead
- Set up the site, organize activities, and oversee all aspects from planning to completion.
- Monitor, adjust, and control project costs to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Ensure on-site safety by following health and safety protocols and implementing preventative measures.
- Continuously track work quality and assess project progress to meet standards and timelines.
- Manage communication with stakeholders and resolve any issues or discrepancies during construction.
- Prior experience as a Site Manager working in fitout
- Up-to-date SMSTS, CSCS Certificates
- Open to permanent of fixed-term contract applicants (7 Months)
- Available in 3-4 weeks
- Project Start: End of October
