Their strong pastoral system provides support, guidance, and a secure environment for students to thrive and develop confidence.Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor s degree in education or a relevant subject area.Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to establish rapport with students.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for lifelong learning.Experience using educational technology and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning is desirable.
