About the JobWe're looking for Crew Members who ensure customers have the best experience possible during their Yu Me visit. You will be:
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering their queries and providing product knowledge - all with a positive, friendly attitude
- Walking the floor
- Regular housekeeping to ensure the site and machines are kept clean and hygienic
- Helping customers top-up payment cards & redeem prizes
- Ad hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor on shift
- Ensuring orders are correct and take action to correct any problems
- Taking payment from customers and ensure receipts are kept in the till
- Positive and friendly attitude at all times
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to build a rapport with customers and ensure they have the best visit possible
- Good product knowledge of the games, machines, prizes and menu - training will be provided
- A hands-on can-do approach, with the ability to work well within a team
- Ethical and trustworthy – working with cash and young customers
- Ability to problem solve, keeping the needs of the customer and business in mind
Hours / Pay:
- Rota shift patterns covering Mon-Sun, 10am – 10pm
- Part-time (16 hours per week)
- £8.60 - £11.44 (national minimum wage)
- 28 days holiday
