What we’re looking for:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid and clear NMC registration.
- Demonstrated ability to assess clinical and personal support needs effectively.
- Experience in developing and reviewing personalised care plans, including risk assessments.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to compassionate care.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving care standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Leverage your nursing expertise to assess the clinical and personal support needs of patients, ensuring care aligns with best practices.
- Care Planning: Develop, review, and update detailed and personalised support plans, including comprehensive risk assessments, tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of care and service delivery.
- Staff Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to refining care processes and procedures, driving improvements in patient outcomes and experiences.
