My client is looking for a Temporary School Administrator to join their team at a school based in Guildford with a potential to go permanent
Job Description- General administrative duties
- Helping out on reception
- Assisting with budget preparation.
- Coordinating administrative operations.
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with various tasks when needed.
- Ad-hoc duties across the school and reception
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft office
- Experience working with school administration software is beneficial
- The ability to work well within a team and independently.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Admin and Secretarial is beneficial
