About the role:

The Global Marketing Organization (GMO) is a critical enabler of PwC's growth, driving value for one of the world's most trusted brands, raising our profile, serving as an authoritative voice on the topics that matter most to the world, and driving tech-enabled, data-led impact and best practices.

The Digital Marketing & Sales Experience team develops network strategy for pwc.com and drives the innovation and investment roadmap for PwC's MarTech stack. The Digital & UX Strategist, Senior Associate helps design, test and innovative intelligent digital client experiences.

The right candidate will have an intuitive, client-centric mindset with digital strategy and user experience skills.

What your days will look like:

  • You will drive client-first experience strategies with an understanding of UX, UI and design thinking principles;
  • Applying both a macro and micro lens to interpret and draw out smart, pioneering solutions to help solve client needs through digital experiences.
  • Co-creating with our multi-disciplinary teams to design research deliverables including user journeys, storyboards, low/high fidelity prototypes and personas that bring to life the vision to our people and the value for our clients.
  • Monitoring external UX trends and acting as a subject matter expert on website best practices.
  • Leveraging data and tools to understand user behaviour, provide analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Identifying product requirements and future enhancements by working with stakeholders, product, technology and change teams to support & develop product deliverables;

This role is for you if:

  • Experience in providing strategic thinking, leadership and solution development across strategy and technology including: UX, UI and design thinking principles
  • Demonstrate a specialisation in designing and implementing digital marketing strategies and technologies that deliver on client's business and functional goals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to assess and evaluate the current offerings within the marketing technology landscape, providing POVs on the current state of the marketing place.
  • Confidence to engage with business and technology leaders to understand strategy, articulate solution options, evaluate trade-offs and influence key decisions.
  • Have strategic vision to develop and position PwC and yourself as a thought leader in the Marketing & Martech space.
  • Be proficient in communication and have project management skills to advance strategies and tactics.
