Financial Controller

As Financial Controller, you will be working in a forward-looking charity, based on a working 100-acre farm and visitor attraction in Kent. You’ll lead the finance team and drive process improvements and have the opportunity to support strategic initiatives together with their part time Director of Finance.

- Excellent communication skills, with a passion for helping non-financial colleagues to understand, and make decisions from, their numbers
- A Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrable experience in financial management, audit, budgeting, and process improvement—ideally in a multi-site or social enterprise environment.
- Dynamic, proactive, and supportive leader, committed to developing others and driving change.
