This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator at Gentell located in Ramsbury. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely HR suport, administration services and assigned projects across the Gentell Water Ramsbury, Gentell UK and other Gentell business units as directed.
  • Please note that the occasional travel to London offices will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all legislative and site health, safety and environmental requirements
  • Operate in a highly professional and confidential manner at all times
  • Maintain accurate HRIS/employee files, manage site staff personal data in accordance with GDPR legislation and best practice
  • Draft new employee offers and contracts, and basic HR correspondence as directed
  • Assist with employee induction/onboarding
  • Support the provision of Benefits administration
  • Maintain the employee handbook and support the roll-out of new policies and procedures
  • Provide basic (tier 1) employment advice to employees on existing policy and procedures, escalate issues as appropriate
  • Support departmental managers with absence management processes
  • Support the roll-out of new policies and procedures
  • Support special projects and activities as required (eg. Well-being, functions, ER, ad-hoc training events)
  • Prepare HR purchase orders for small local purchases (eg award vouchers)
  • Monitor the Employee Service Awards and Refer-a-Friend schemes for payment processing purposes
  • Work with HR Coordinators at other Gentell locations to Manage the HR mailbox, and to ensure timely responses to all enquiries.
  • Support HRBP and Managers with recruitment processes
  • Pro-actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR function
  • Complete any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR qualified level 5 (as a minimum)
  • +2 years in similar role
  • HR experience in manufacturing is preferred
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems
  • GDPR training within the last 2 years preferred
