We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our clients’ team in Horsham. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the full order lifecycle,from accurately entering client orders into our system to coordinating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with standards.
You will be responsible for verifying order details, maintaining accurate documentation, and proactively communicating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.Key responsibilities include processing and approving orders, supporting prioritization based on client and internal requirements, and continuously improving process efficiencies.
You will ensure adherence to SOPs, meet key performance indicators, and maintain high housekeeping and data accuracy standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.Requirements include GCSE-level education or equivalent, basic Excel skills, computer literacy, and experience with data entry.
