EYFS Teaching Assistant, Burnley - Teaching Personnel

The Head Teacher, whom I have been contacted by is approachable and highly regarded amongst staff and governor.
In this role, you would be required to:
- Assist the class teacher with the delivery of lessons
- Work across both classes (approx. 28 pupils) to encourage a positive attitude to learning
- Assist in the management of behaviour
- Work with children on a 1:1 basis to provide extra support where needed, specifically targeting phonics maths, reading, and writing abilities.
The individual appointed must have an in-depth knowledge of the Early Years Framework and be passionate about education.
