The role- Supporting a specialist Court of Protection team on a broad range of matters
- Assisting with applications, reports and preparation of key legal documentation
- Gaining exposure to both advisory and more contentious, litigation-style work within the Court of Protection sphere
- Liaising with clients, families, medical professionals and external bodies in a sensitive and professional manner
- Working closely with wider private client teams where matters overlap
- Assisting with file management, case progression and day-to-day administration
- Getting involved in a variety of tasks, offering a genuinely hands-on learning environment
