Supply Chain Team Leader

You must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to react positively and helpfully under pressure in a complex and demanding environment. Importantly you must be a people person able to lead but also empathise, support but also deliver and you must set the example for your team members in terms of behaviour, actions and a desire to be the best person and service for our patients.
Above all you must at all times live and behave in accordance with the Trust values. You will need to be a highly motivated individual with good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. You must be able to demonstrate effective problem solving skills to ensure that all aspects of the supply chain service works to the benefit of the trust especially in terms of supply chain and financial management.
