The Role:As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our UK operations. You'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities for a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to client management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing your expertise to help them achieve their goals.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the branch through business development and client acquisition.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the Industrial sector
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Full UK Drivers Licence with access to vehicle for client visits.
