Are you passionate about working with young children? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a large inner-city primary school in North Leeds.

About the Role:

• Supporting nursery-aged children in their early development
• Working closely with other team members to create a nurturing learning environment
• Supporting children with EAL (English as an Additional Language) and SEN (Special Educational Needs) - experience in these areas is advantageous
• Implementing effective behaviour management strategies

Requirements:

• Level 2/3 qualification in childcare (or equivalent degree) is advantageous
• Previous experience in Early Years is essential
• A passion for working with children and fostering their growth
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative and supportive team
