Job Description

The responsibilities for the Customer Service Sales Advisor role are:

• Engage with customers, providing friendly and professional service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Handle queries, process transactions, and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive up selling and cross-selling.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Customer Service Sales Advisor Role is someone with the following:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively.
• A team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
