• Drafting negotiating commercial agreements.
• Advising senior management and stakeholders.
• Data Protection Law, Company Law and governance.
• Leading significant projects.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Intellectual Property law, and Public law knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Counsel should have:

• A qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales.
• Post qualification experience in commercial, corporate or litigation law.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.

• Salary ranging between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
• Generous holiday leave - 30 days holiday + Bank holidays
