This is for a PMA (Project Management Assistant) for a Tier 1 Rail Client Consultancy who are part of the Network Rail ASPRO FrameworkThis is a good opportunity for someone Scheme or Assistant Project Manager level to be integrated into a fast paced and busy environment with the opportunity to move up to APSIM Project Meager level
The opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to work along side Project Managers within NR ASPRO teamAsset Protection and Optimisation teams (ASPRO) provide expert railway assistance and support to those who are planning activities on or near the railway
ASPRO provide you with rail safety assurance services such as construction engineering and infrastructure access
Key experience for Assistant Project Manager (PMA) -1 Exposure to Scheme Assistant Project Manager work roles
2 Rail and Infrastructure background
3 Construction and Site experience
4 Worked or been part of Large and Small scale Projects
This role will be a hybrid role based out of York Central offices or Gateshead Team Valley offices ideally 3 days a week in the office and the rest of the time at home There will be site visits too as part of the job which expenses are able to be claimed back on
An IR35 determination (QDOS) will need to be done to determine the status and the rate is DOE however looking around £ 200 - £ 220 per dayStart dates will be discussed depending on candidate availability notice periods however ideally it will be within 4 weeks
