About the Role:Join our dedicated team and play a key role in maintaining one of London's most luxurious residential buildings, overlooking the River Thames. With over 270 high-end apartments, this position offers a unique chance to work in a prestigious environment, providing top-tier maintenance services to our distinguished clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Execute high-quality PPM tasks on essential systems such as lighting, LV switchgear, AHUs, and FCUs and more.
- Reactive Maintenance: Quickly identify and rectify faults, ensuring minimal disruption for residents. (Electrical or Mechanical depending on your expertise.)
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and service building equipment, plants, and assets.
- Client Interaction: Deliver excellent service and build strong relationships with our clients.
- On-Call Rota: Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out Rota, with additional payments for on-call duties.
- Leadership: Take ownership of your work, leading and coordinating tasks efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and logs, both paper-based and electronic.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Split Shift: 07:00-16:00 & 10:00-19:00
Qualifications and Experience:
- Electrical or Mechanical Certification: Level 3 Electrical C&G/NVQ or equivalent - Essential.
- Industry Experience: 3-5 years in Facilities Management (FM) or Building Services - Essential.
- Client-Facing Skills: Proven experience in client interaction with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Documentation: Experience in managing documentation, reporting, and logs.
