Testing Analyst - NHS

This is great opportunity to come and work within the friendly population health analytics as well as part of the wider partnership between the HIOW population health analytics service, Oracle Health and Optum. There are a range of development work streams and projects with the Test Analyst being instrumental in overseeing all elements of system testing required in bringing new data into the platform, developing new analytic content and creating new data sets.
The Test Analyst will work closely with the Technical Lead and Analytics Lead for the service. The Test Analyst will be responsible for creating detailed test approach plans for each new development, carefully documenting test results and presenting these results to leaders within the service.
The test analyst will be responsible for highlighting any concerns or issues early, and working closely with colleagues in the population health analytics service team to overcome those issues. The ideal candidate will combine experience in a previous test analyst role, be self-motivated, confident in developing plans and reports and experience working to tight and flexible timelines.
You will report to the Technical Lead for the population health analytics team. You may be asked to line manage a small number of team members in the future. This is a hybrid role. The population health analytics service team primarily work at home, but you will need to be able to attend face to face meetings within an office on at least a weekly basis.
