My client, who are based near central Oxford, are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their supportive and close-knit working environment.

Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Conveyancing Assistant include:
- Supporting the work of the conveyancing team, along with general and more complex administration tasks.
- Working closely with the Conveyancers and Legal Administrators to ensure a first-class service is provided.
- Responsible for amending and collating letters with enclosures in line with set deadlines.
- Carrying out a number of post-completion tasks.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, responding to correspondence, calls and emails in a prompt manner.
- Work with the Matter Lawyers, Team Manager and others within the wider Real Estate Group where required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Conveyancing Assistant will have:
- Experience working within conveyancing and an understanding of conveyancing procedures - this can be in a law firm or estate agency (highly desirable)
- Excellent clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Commitment to working within a quality standard environment
- Be highly organised
- Have the desire to work in an interesting, fast paced, and collaborative environment
