Administrative Assistant

Salary: Spinal Point 12 / Grade C1
Hours per week: Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays 3.5 hours per day.

Contract type: Temporary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, skilled and reliable person to take on the role of temporary Administrative Assistant at Whinmoor St. Paul’s C of E (VA) Primary School.

The Governing Body wish to appoint someone who has the knowledge and skills to take responsibility in the following areas:
  • Able to demonstrate strong levels of IT, English, Maths skills and communication skills.
  • Reliable and trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Highly motivated, with passion, patience and positivity.
  • Able to communicate effectively with children, families, colleagues and governors.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
