Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Broadstairs, Kent. Office based.
Salary: £25,000

Start date: Monday 18^th November 2024

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5:30pm

What you'll be doing:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or relaying messages via email.
  • Managing postal services, utilising the Royal Mail website for general letters and stock items.
  • Coordinating courier services for bespoke items and international shipments.
  • Greeting visitors, recording their details in the visitor book, and issuing visitor passes.
  • Informing the relevant department of visitor arrivals and potentially arranging refreshments.
  • Managing outbound items by entering all shipments on Sharepoint and tracking their delivery status.
  • Reporting any undelivered items to the IT department to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Assisting accounts by forwarding the ITD invoice on a weekly basis.
  • Providing clerical support by typing letters and handling general correspondence.
  • Arranging travel itineraries and accommodations for representatives and employees.
  • Maintaining the fire alarm information displayed in the reception area.
  • Keeping sales orders and paperwork organised and filed appropriately.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of contact details for all representatives and agents.
  • Supporting the Sales Office Manager in various administrative tasks.
